Toni DePass Baruti - CEO/Founder
Toni DePass Baruti - CEO/Founder Toni DePass Baruti has worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade in finance specializing in Medicaid and Medicare Reimbursement. She has worked for both the private and non-profit sector. She's a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Toni's younger sister, Robin Ennis, lost her eyesight in 2002, her freshman year of college. Inspired by her sister's drive and tenacity to strive towards her goals, Toni founded Beautifully Blind, Inc. to help others who have lost their eyesight achieve their goals. Toni resides in Denver, CO with her husband and daughter.

Robin Ennis, MSW, LSW
Robin Ennis, MSW, LSW Robin Ennis graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Sociology and Human Communication and a M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work. She is a Licensed Social Worker. Robin's hard work and outstanding academic record led her to the honor of becoming a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Delta (AKD), the International Sociology Honors Society. AKD began in 1920 and has more than 80,000 lifetime members who have been initiated into the Society all over the world.

Having a passion for helping others, and understanding her current situation of being a blind individual, Robin completed two research studies while attaining her undergraduate degree. These studies included the Sociology of Sound and Understanding Communication between the Blind/Sighted Individuals. Both studies embarked on a journey beyond the human eye.

Robin has a passion for helping others who are grieving over major life transitions, such as; loss of mobility, eyesight, relationships, safety, etc. Robin's areas of interest include, but are not limited to; group facilitation, disability issues, the grief cycle, and research. Areas of specialty are victims of abuse, grief support and matters of the elderly. Robin resides in Denver, CO and is the proud aunt of 1 niece.

Samantha Heard, MSW, LCSW
Samantha Heard, MSW, LCSW Samantha Heard is the owner/founder of Behavioral Associates of Houston which she started in 2005 and later established the Dallas office in 2007. Samantha earned a B.A. in Psychology, M.S.W in Mental Health, and a PH.D. (ABD) in Education Professional Studies. She is a licensed mental health professional.

Samantha's areas of expertise include unprocessed emotional trauma, family conflict/healthy relationships, behavior modification, as well as mood disorders and thought disorders. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, family, groups and couples. Her experience in inpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, skilled facilities and outpatient has equipped her with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully work with some of the most diverse and unique cases.

Samantha currently resides in Houston, TX.

Ronald C. Gorsché Jr., JD
Ronald C. Gorsché Jr., JD Ronald C. Gorsché Jr. completed his undergraduate B.S.E.E. degree at Marquette University and his law degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. Mr. Gorsché is Of Counsel in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Las Vegas office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Group. His practice focuses on a broad range of intellectual property and patent matters including patent procurement and patent litigation.

Mr. Gorsché has litigated numerous patent, trademark and copyright issues in many and diverse areas of technology, including matters concerning computer hardware and software, telecommunications, outdoor athletic gear, music, home appliances and plush animal toys, both in Federal Courts around the U.S. and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Ronald resides in Las Vegas, NV with his wife and two dogs.

Mr. Gorsché is licensed to practice in Colorado.

Nicole Williams
Nicole Williams - GUI Specialist Nicole Williams is a Graphic Designer and Web Developer specializing in user interface design. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in Communication Arts and an M.F.A. in Fine Art and Technology from the New York Institute of Technology. Her research involves cutaneous texture simulation and force feedback in multi-touch interfaces. Nicole resides in Queens, New York and she is the proud aunt of two nephews.

Brenda Bell Ennis
Brenda Bell Ennis Brenda Bell Ennis, Director of Public Relations, is a retired educator with over 30 years of experience. Brenda attained a B.S.E. in Elementary Education: Minor in Business Administration from Emporia State University, M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in The Arts from Lesley University, Professional Teacher License; States of Kansas and Colorado, Professional Principal License, State of Colorado, Type D Administrator Certificate from the University of Denver, Cooperative Urban Teacher Education Diploma from Saint Louis University.
Abasi Baruti
Abasi Baruti Abasi Baruti is Sr. Systems Analyst and Certified Six Sigma Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor's of Computer Science from Colorado Christian College. Mr. Baruti resides in Denver, CO with his wife and daughter.
Alan Graham
Alan Graham Mr. Graham is the founder/owner of ALON Enterprises which specializes in Financial Management, Technological Consulting and Business Development.

Mr. Graham has worked with major Fortune 500 firms and major technological companies focusing in the areas of Engineering design and Project management. He has a diverse background in various roles ranging from Project Engineer to Director of Technology. He currently works with AEP/SWEPCO within their Customer Design Division creating new distribution designs for their Electrical Grid Improvement Project.

Alan K Graham earned his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and received a MBA from the University of Phoenix.

He currently resides in Shreveport, LA.

Jillian Faux, MSW, LSW
Jillian Faux, MSW, LSW Jillian Faux was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania. She attended undergraduate school at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and obtained her Bachelors degree in Psychology and minor in Anthropology in May of 2004. After completing her Bachelors degree, Jillian was employed as a counselor at a residential treatment facility for adolescent females for nearly three years. She decided to pursue a Graduate degree and relocated to Denver, Colorado to attend the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work. She obtained her Masters in Social Work in June of 2009. Currently Jillian is a Mental Health Counselor at Third Way Center, a community-based residential treatment facility for youth.
